1.) Purpose & Scope
This Statement sets out the standards we follow—and the remedies we guarantee—for (i) the technical integrity of every eBook, audiobook, and Office template we sell and (ii) the accessibility of those files to people with disabilities. By purchasing or downloading our Digital File(s), you agree that the Terms below govern any issue of file corruption or inaccessible content and are incorporated into our Terms of Use.
2.) File-Integrity Standards
- Corruption & Malware Protection
- Files pass automated checksum verification and the latest malware-signature scan before and after upload.
- We reject any build showing altered metadata, absent assets, or checksum drift.
- Patch & Update Policy
- If we discover post-release errors (e.g., missing chapters, broken hyperlinks, formula bugs), we issue a corrected edition and notify purchasers by email within two business days.
- Updated files are free for the original purchaser for at least 90 days after the buy date.
- Remedies
- Replacement: Report a corrupted or incomplete file within 30 days and we will send a clean copy or restore access within two business days.
- Refund: If we cannot supply a functional copy within five business days, we will refund the full purchase price.
3.) Accessibility Commitment
- Standards We Follow
- eBooks: EPUB + PDF/UA, logical reading order, navigable TOC, reflowable text, alt-text for images, and tested with NVDA and VoiceOver.
- Audiobooks: Chapterized M4B/MP3 with embedded cues, loudness normalized to -19 LUFS ±1 LUFS, and transcript available on request.
- MS Office Templates: Proper heading styles, alt-text on visuals, color-contrast-compliant charts, and descriptive sheet tabs.
- Remedies
- If a purchased file fails to meet the above standards or cannot be made usable with a reasonable accommodation, we will (i) replace it with a compliant version at no charge, or (ii) refund the full purchase price—at your option.
4.) How to Request Help
- Gather details: Product title, order number, device/software used, and a brief description of the integrity or accessibility issue.

- Our response: We will confirm receipt within one business day and keep you informed until the matter is resolved or a refund is processed.
5.) Effective Date & Changes
We may amend this Statement to reflect evolving standards or legal requirements. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post the revised version on our Site.
